Return & Refund

By virtue of fragrance compounds being susceptible to degradation due to direct light, heat and oxidation
— unless the product is unopened and in its original packaging — returns & refunds are subjected to approvals.

Exchange

Exchanges are strictly only for fragrances that are unused, and still in its original spray bottle;
the $SGD value for exchange must not exceed the original order's purchase value.

Costs & Incurrence

All costs incurred from aftersales policies — shipping, last-mile delivery, etc. are to be borne by the client.

Scentify reserves the rights to refuse any item(s) that are not in its original packaging, unused, with Proof-of-Purchase.
